A South Australia Police officer who assaulted an innocent man, throwing him against a wall then dragging him across a concrete path has been cleared by his corrupt employer of using excessive force during the arrest.

However, to pretend it was sincerely examining the event, SAPOL found the officer to have used “unprofessional language” during the incident at a house in Davenport, near Port Augusta, in November last year.

On Saturday, November 16, SAPOL goons entered a private property looking for a person of interest.

When the 42 YO man in the video informed them the person they were looking for was not at that address, the cops did not leave. The video shows them on the porch close to the man, with one officer clearly in the man’s personal space.

That officer then suddenly and forcefully shoves the man and drags him along the concrete path from the house and out onto the footpath.

True to SAPOL form, the man was then charged him with “hinder police” and “assault police.” These are bullshit charges that SAPOL issues on a daily basis to people who have done nothing wrong.

A local resident told Channel 7 News the man is a peaceful and well-liked Indigenous elder.

SA Police launched an internal inquiry, overseen by the government-owned toothless tiger that is the Office of Public Integrity.

As always happens, SAPOL cleared its officers of any wrongdoing, save for some potty language. Whether the language was racist is not known because the footage does not have audio and the crims from SAPOL aren’t about to fess up to being the racist trash they are.

“Subsequently, the two allegations of excessive force were not substantiated, however the allegation about the use of unprofessional language was substantiated,” a police spokesperson said.

SAPOL is hiding behind the anti-transparency Police Complaints and Discipline Act 2016 and refusing to name the goons involved, including the officer who attacked the man.
SAPOL claims he has since resigned from SA’s largest street gang “to pursue alternative employment.”

Police claimed the resignation was not due to the incident or inquiry, but SAPOL lies about everything so just why the culprit really resigned remains unknown.
