Are You a Dishonest, Drink-Driving Scumbag that Colludes With Known Criminals? South Australia Police Wants You!
Quietly tucked away in the “About Us” section of the SAPOL website is a page titled “Publication of Employee Disciplinary Outcomes“.
It lists “outcomes of disciplinary action taken against members in order to increase transparency and strengthen public trust and confidence in the disciplinary system.”
Reading through the offences and subsequent outcomes does anything but increase “trust and confidence in the disciplinary system.”
To the contrary, it confirms SAPOL’s disciplinary system is a total farce.
It shows that police – entrusted with upholding law and order – are allowed to get away with offences that would often mean instant loss of employment in other fields.
South Australian employees of a certain Centrelink call centre contractor are told in no uncertain terms that if they access someone’s personal data for purposes other than directly dealing with an enquiry from that person, or if they access their own data under any circumstances, their employment will be terminated immediately. No ifs or buts.
So what happens when South Australian police officers – people who earn far more than Centrelink call centre employees, who are entrusted to uphold the law and are granted extraordinary privileges including the ability to openly carry lethal weapons in public – access someone’s personal data for illegitimate purposes?
Sweet fuck all, basically.
The SAPOL disclosures reveal five SAPOL employees were ‘reprimanded’ for improperly accessing and/or sharing information obtained from “SAPOL systems” between 1 January and 30 September 2025.
Despite their dishonesty, not a single one had their employment terminated.
The slap-on-the-wrist disciplinary actions ranged from “Managerial Caution” to $1,000 fines along with “Reprimand / Training and Education”.
The two assholes who received $1,000 fines were both Senior Constables, who currently receive a salary of $99,029 to $113,021. Considering the low intelligence and low-grade behaviour of many Senior Constables, this is an extremely generous salary.
If $100,000+ per year is still not enough incentive for you to behave in an honest, ethical manner, then you are clearly an inherently corrupt, slimy and eminently shitty individual and have absolutely no place in an organisation claiming to be about fighting crime.
One of these Senior Cunstables improperly accessed SAPOL systems and provided other assistance after a “male with a criminal reputation sought assistance regarding policing matters from an employee they were in contact with. The employee failed to report the criminal association until directed by local management.”
In other words, a cop illegally accessed the SAPOL database as a favour for a known criminal. Instead of having his employment terminated and being criminally charged, this filthy rat was penalized a mere $1,000 and made to sit in the naughty chair while he got a “Reprimand” and received “Training and Education”, which was probably some bullshit online quiz that a 2-year-old could successfully complete.

Another five officers, ranging in rank from Constable to Sergeant, were ‘reprimanded’ for drink driving – an offense that would result in loss of employment in other industries where commandeering a motor vehicle is a key job requirement. Termination of employment should absolutely be mandatory for assholes who harshly fine members of the public under the pretense of road safety, but then drive a motor vehicle while inebriated – an indisputably dangerous driving practice that greatly increases the risk of injuring and killing innocent people on the roads.
Police clearly aren’t getting the message.
However, instead of getting kicked to the kerb where they belonged, these dangerous hypocrites received penalties between $300-$750 and were allowed to keep pretending to care about crime and dangerous driving.
Other serious offences that don’t warrant getting fired at SCUMPOL include:
- Deliberately substituting lost property with other property and lying about it when questioned;
- Failing to carry out your allocated duties and lying to your manager when questioned about the matter;
- Failing to progress a criminal investigation assigned to you in a timely manner, and failing to manage exhibits as required;
- Being negligent in your responsibility for safe and secure management of a detainee in your custody, failing to report self-harm as required, not wearing the required equipment, not completing required shift handover procedure, authorising detention of a detainee without lawful authority, and lying your ass off when questioned about your behaviour.
These are inexcusable behaviours for members of an organisation whose primary mission is supposedly fighting crime.
Of course, SAPOL doesn’t really give two shits about fighting crime. This is something it half-heartedly does to justify its existence. In reality SAPOL is an organization commandeered by incurably corrupt degenerates, whose primary agendas are revenue-raising, operation of criminal rackets including drug distribution and extortion of brothels, and the enforcement of fraudulent agendas like the massive Covid fraud.
