Revenue-Raisers at SAPOL are Replacing Fine Quotas With … Fine Quotas

The liars at SAPOL have long insisted they did not have fine quotas.

Instead they called them “benchmarks” – which is another term for quotas.

The SAPOL shonks are playing word games again, announcing the cessation of traffic fine “benchmarks”.

Under the new changes, benchmarks (quotas) will become a “performance framework focused on outcomes” (quotas).

What a bunch of morons. Honestly.

Other ‘significant’ (superficial) changes to the policing model include enhanced face-to-face training for Sergeants and Senior Sergeants, and the introduction of a 24/7 District Duty Inspector to “support frontline decision making”.

More useless training sessions and more wankers to complicate ‘decision making’.

The changes to SAPOL’s District Policing Model — introduced and stubbornly championed by Commissioner Grant Stevens despite its dismal failure— come following an independent review.

More than 900 members of SA Police across its four metropolitan districts were engaged during the review, undertaken by former senior police executive in New Zealand Police Mark Evans, of BDO.

“The clear feedback shows just how deeply our people care about the organisation, their work and the community they serve,” Stevens said.

What he meant to say was the feedback made it clear how much cops hated his pet DPM.

“Our focus remains clear: to provide an adaptive policing service that delivers for our people and our communities,” Stevens said.

What he meant to say was SAPOL would continue to place real crime as a distant priority and instead focus on its true missions of revenue-raising, corruption and forcing South Australians to comply with government agendas.

If someone insists that SAPOL fines are not about revenue-raising, ask them about aggressive revenue-raiser Andrew McCracken. Whilst in charge of the toilet known as the Holden Hill police ‘compound’ he threatened officers who didn’t meet “benchmarks” (quotas), warning that he wouldn’t accept any excuses.

Instead of being kicked out of the force, McCrackpot was promoted to role of “Chief Inspector” and “Northern District operations manager “.

Because SAPOL is all about the money, and you the taxpayer are an easy target.
